Si se afectan los m\u00fasculos del t\u00f3rax pueden ocurrir problemas respiratorios y dificultad para respirar. Otras veces pueden aparecer calcinosis, es decir dep\u00f3sito de calcio en piel, o m\u00fasculos. Algunos pacientes pueden presentar fen\u00f3meno de Raynaud (cambio de coloraci\u00f3n de los dedos, nariz u orejas ante la exposici\u00f3n al frio: morados-blanco-rojo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En algunos casos puede afectar al m\u00fasculo cardiaco y producir miocarditis, y en otros casos puede afectar al pulm\u00f3n produciendo fibrosis pulmonar. En este \u00faltimo caso la sensaci\u00f3n de falta de aire y tos seca son s\u00edntomas comunes. El aumento de la presi\u00f3n de la arteria pulmonar (hipertensi\u00f3n pulmonar) tambi\u00e9n puede ocurrir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">En el an\u00e1lisis de sangre pueden aparecer elevadas las enzimas musculares: \u00a0creatinina cinasa (CK), lactato deshidrogenasa (LDH), transaminasa glut\u00e1mico-oxaloac\u00e9tica (TGO), transaminasa glut\u00e1mico-pir\u00favica (TGP) y aldolasa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n los cambios musculares pueden evaluarse en el electromiograma y en la biopsia de m\u00fasculo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Referencias <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lundberg IE, et al. 2017 European League Against Rheumatism\/American College of Rheumatology classification criteria for adult and juvenile idiopathic inflammatory myopathies and their major subgroups.
